What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a lifestyle in which you are prioritizing your health. It combines body-weight exercises, gymnastics, cardio, weightlifting and other movements into an intense, varied class, done amid a supportive community of like minded individuals with the goal of living a healthier life. Each class is led by a certified, passionate coach, helping you become your fittest self. Our 3-week “On-Ramp” beginners program teaches you the proper technique and mechanics you need.
Who Are We?
Bloodline CrossFit came about when two brothers, Zach and Jake Dylik, decided to come together for a great cause: To change peoples’ lives through CrossFit. This is their dream, to open Bloodline CrossFit, and they are putting everything they have into coaching members to have fitter, healthier lives. They welcome you to try a Free Trial Class every Saturday at 9:30am or schedule a gym tour, and ultimately to join the family…join the Bloodline.
At Bloodline CrossFit you’ll find an extremely supportive and welcoming community with workouts and exercises designed for everyone, no matter your age or current fitness level. If you’re looking to officially start, call or email us so we can get you on the right track to begin as soon as possible! We offer a monthly “On-Ramp” beginners program, Personal Training, drop-ins for out-of-town CrossFitters, gym tours, and a Free Trial Class every Saturday at 9:30am.
