Interested in starting CrossFit and becoming a member at Bloodline CrossFit? For new members at Bloodline CrossFit, we offer a very comprehensive On-Ramp program designed to help new athletes learn about CrossFit. If you would describe yourself as any of the following, then our On-Ramp Program is right for you:

  • You are starting your first fitness program.
  • You are just starting a fitness program after a long period of inactivity.
  • You exercise regularly, but have no previous CrossFit experience.
  • You want to gain a thorough understanding of CrossFit fundamentals.
  • You have been away from CrossFit for several months and are starting back up.

New members must complete On-Ramp before they can join regular CrossFit classes. On-Ramp lasts for 9 sessions (3 weeks) and is offered on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at either 7:30am or 7:30pm. Each class is 1 hour long and led by a top-level certified coach. On-Ramp begins the first Monday of each month. Upon graduation on the last week, athletes then attend regular CrossFit classes.

In On-Ramp, we cover all of the foundational movements we perform in CrossFit and slowly introduce the “high intensity” of a CrossFit workout. We review nutrition, mobility and aspects of exercise science. Athletes will acclimate to the physical demands of CrossFit while gaining confidence in the mechanics of the movements. This makes for a safe and easy transition into normal classes.

Attendance at each class is mandatory. The classes contain necessary information that will allow athletes to excel in our normal CrossFit classes. On-Ramp is your first step toward a new way of fitness and meeting your personal goals.
