At Bloodline CrossFit you’ll find an extremely supportive and welcoming community with workouts and exercises designed for everyone, no matter your age or current fitness level.

Start Slow and Meet Other Members Who Are New to CrossFit Just Like You

Our On Ramp course is designed for people with no CrossFit experience, whether you’re already athletic or have been glued to the couch for months.

Get to know the coaches and make new friends while learning the exercises CrossFit is known for. We’ll slowly ramp up the intensity of the workouts so they’re safe AND effective.

We begin each class with a warm-up, then move on to a skill, technique or gymnastics lesson, then we complete the daily WOD (Workout Of the Day) and cooldown before class concludes. Make sure to arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and get ready for class to begin!

On Ramp Begins on the first Monday of every month.

We meet every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for 3 weeks.

On Ramp classes are one-hour long and offered at 7:30am and 7:30pm, so you can mix and match as long as you attend all 9 sessions.

After completion of On Ramp, start attending any of our Regularly Scheduled Classes.

“Attended the free Saturday class. Here it is Monday and my abs are still so sore, lol. This is a loving, supportive community of people that truly just want the best in health for you.

I arrived feeling nervous, shy, and extremely insecure because of my weight. I left feeling empowered, supported and encouraged. I immediately signed up for membership and can’t wait to start the On Ramp tonight!”

“When I moved to Fort Myers I took 3 weeks to try a number of gyms in the area before ultimately deciding to become a member at Bloodline, and haven’t looked back for a second since. The owners, brothers Jake and Zach, are passionate, motivating, and available for all members’ CrossFit/nutrition needs.

From day one they knew me by name and have inspired me to be a better athlete and overall improved version of myself. The community of this place is unprecedented – come check it out and I promise you won’t regret it!”

No worries. We’ll train you to be the fittest you can be. Everyone is different, and the beauty of CrossFit is that it is completely scalable, meaning we have several options to choose from to alter a movement if needed. You may experience some soreness or limited range of motion at the onset, but stick with it, those are the ‘training wheels’ to get you ready. We’re happy to work with you to scale and substitute exercises, to tailor workouts to your abilities.

The “CrossFit Games” are broadcast on TV every July. For these athletes, CrossFit itself is their sport and working out is their full-time job. These folks are the 0.01% of CrossFitters. For the rest of us, the 99.99%, we use CrossFit to gain great levels of fitness, move better and live healthier lives.

Members have successfully used CrossFit to rehabilitate from minor injuries. Because we have to move, work and play in the real world regardless of injuries, learning and understanding proper form and technique is crucial to a long-term, healthy lifestyle.

By understanding and utilizing functional movements, we’ll slowly build strength in those movements, rather than avoiding them altogether. We’re happy to work with you to scale and substitute exercises, to tailor workouts to your abilities. If you have/had a more serious injury, we prefer you consult your physician before starting this (or any other) exercise program.

The saying “Rome wasn’t built in a day” rings true here. You likely will see great results, but you need to stick with it. Set realistic goals and, most importantly, just get yourself to class, consistently, work hard, and let the magic happen. Moreover, other things like nutrition, adequate sleep, stress levels and mobility also play crucial roles in seeing results.
